From childhood, adolescence and adulthood, many peoopole experience loss and grief which is often not recognised, understood or resolved.
When a major loss, such as the death of a loved one occurs, the unresolved emotions may come to the 'surface' and complicate the grief process, possibly resulting in the grieving person to feel as though they are not coping and at 'boiling-point'.
To have a healthy grief recovery, it is important to IDENTIFY unresolved grief, NORMALISE the different grief reactions and then have the opportunity to HEAL and GROW through the experience.
